| Background Information |
On August 7, 2018, the Gila County Board of Supervisors approved Contract No. 019-0444 in the amount of $6,242 for the period July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019.
On November 13, 2018, the Gila County Board of Supervisors approved Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 019-0444 increasing the contract reimbursement ceiling to $10,226 for home repair and renovations for the contract period ending on June 30, 2019.
On May 21, 2019, the Gila County Board of Supervisors approved Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 019-0444 increasing the contract reimbursement ceiling to $24,406 for the contract period ending on June 30, 2019.
On September 3, 2019, the Gila County Board of Supervisors approved Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 019-044 extending the contract effective July 1, 2019, to June 30, 2020, with an additional amount of $10,226 to be used for this contract period.
On August 17, 2020, the Gila County Board of Supervisors approved Amendment No. 4 to Contract No. 019-0444 extending the contract effective July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021, with an additional amount of $10,226 to be used for this contract period.
On September 7, 2021, the Gila County Board of Supervisors approved Amendment No. 5 to Contract No. 019-0444 extending the contract effective July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022, with an additional amount of $20,226 to be used for the contract period. |
| Evaluation |
Approval of Amendment No. 6 to Contract No. 019-0444 provides funding in the amount of $20,226 to be used to provide home repair and renovations to eligible households in Gila County for the period July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.
With the added funding included in Amendment No. 6, the total contract amount will be $101,778. |
| Conclusion |
| By approving Amendment No. 6 to Contract No. 019-0444, the Gila County Community Services Department, Housing Services, will continue providing services for another year, from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, and receive additional funding to assist eligible citizens with home repair and renovations. |
| Recommendation |
| The Gila County Community Services Department Director recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve Amendment No. 6 to Contract No. 019-0444 so that Housing Services can continue to assist eligible citizens with home repairs and renovations. |
