Amendment No. 020-2 to an Agreement for Energy Wise Low-Income Weatherization Program Implementation (Contract No. 700581523) between the Gila County Community Services Department and APS amends the original contract as follows; Defined Terms, Term, Allocation, Invoicing, Weatherization Assistance Program Rule Exemptions, For Lack of Regulatory Approval, Subsequent Year Allocation, Final Invoice, Remaining Terms Unchanged, and Attachment A.
The allocation is established under Section 3. A (Compensation/Taxes) of the Original Contract shall include an amount not to exceed $200,000 for the 2022 calendar year. |
