| Background Information |
On June 9, 2015, the Board of Supervisors approved Professional Services Contract No. 041515-3 with Myers and Associates, PLLC, whereby Myers and Associates, PLLC will provide legal services for indigent citizens as appointed by the Superior Court in Gila County for a period from July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2016. The original contract was executed for an amount not to exceed $51,000 without written authorization.
On July 5, 2016, the Board of Supervisors approved Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract No. 041515-3 with Myers and Associates, PLLC, to increase the contract amount to $57,930.
On August 2, 2016, The Board of Supervisors approved Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Contract No. 041515-3 with Myers and Associates, PLLC extending the contract for one additional year, from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017; increased the contract amount to $56,500; and added some additional language to the contract. |
