Background Information |
On June 16, 2020, the Board of Supervisors approved Professional Services Contract No. 050720 with the Law Offices of Daniel Thulin whereby the Law Offices of Daniel Thulin provides legal services for indigent citizens as appointed by the Superior Court in Gila County for the period beginning July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021. The original contract was executed for a not to exceed without written authorization amount of $34,800. It also provides the option to renew the contract for three one-year periods. |
Evaluation |
Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract No. 050720 with Law Offices of Daniel Thulin extends the term of the contract for one additional year, from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022; and increases the contract amount by $27,000 for a new total contract amount not to exceed $62,800. This one-year renewal would be the first of three renewals allowed under this contract. |
