Request/Subject

Adopt Resolution No. 20-07-02 to accept a grant of roadway easement from Kenneth A. and Patricia A. Nagy recorded at Fee No. 2020-006257, Gila County Records.

Background Information

Mr. and Mrs. Nagy own a portion of Tract A in Bonita Creek Ranch. A portion of Big Al’s Run is on the Nagy property. Big Al’s Run is a Gila County maintained road. The Nagy's wish to grant the portion of the road on their property to Gila County.

Evaluation

Acceptance of this easement will let Gila County Public Works continue to maintain the roadway.

Conclusion

It is in the best interest of everyone involved to accept this grant of roadway easement.

Recommendation

It is the recommendation of the Public Works Director and the County Engineer that the Board of Supervisors adopt Resolution No. 20-07-02 to accept a roadway easement from the Nagys.
