Approve payment of invoice 045-377251 for Tyler Technologies Financial and Human Resources software licensing updates and support services.

Background Information

Since 2006 Gila County has been using Tyler Technologies New World Financial and Human Resources system software. Each year Tyler technologies provides software updates to ensure the software is compliant with state and federal requirements. The software is used by all Elected Offices and Departments to perform their annual budgeting process as well are providing periodic reporting. The software is unique in that it provides real-time information and report templates so that data is easily retrieved by the end-user. Approving the invoice for payment ensures the system remains compliant with support and software updates as well as uninterrupted access for the end-users.
