| Background Information |
On July 1, 2020, the Board of Supervisors approved Professional Services Contract No. 061320 with DeBrigida Law Offices, whereby DeBrigida Law Offices provided legal services for indigent criminal representation as appointed by the Superior Court in Gila County for the period beginning July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021. The original contract was executed for a not to exceed without written authorization amount of $72,000. The contract provides for up to three one-year renewals.
On June 15, 2021, the Board of Supervisors approved Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract No. 061320 with DeBrigida Law Offices to extend the term of the contract for an additional one-year term to June 30, 2022; and increase the contract amount by $46,000 for a new total contract amount not to exceed $118,000. |
