Background Information

Prior to this agenda item, the Board of Supervisors reviewed draft Policy No. BOS-FIN-119-Discretionary Funding as a work session item. The Board of Supervisors's attorney would like to meet with the Board in an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) (3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body regarding the draft Discretionary Funding Policy.

Evaluation

The Board would benefit from discussion or consultation for legal advice with its attorney or attorneys of the public body regarding the draft Discretionary Funding Policy.

Conclusion

The attorney for the Board of Supervisors would like to discuss the draft Discretionary Funding Policy with the Board in an Executive Session.The Board would benefit from discussing and consulting with their attorney or attorneys of the public body.
