On July 10, 2017, the Board of Supervisors approved Professional Services Contract No. 050718 with Carolyn Clark of Flores & Clark, P.C., whereby Ms. Clark provided legal services for indigent citizens as appointed by the Superior Court in Gila County for the period beginning July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. The original contract was executed for a not to exceed a total amount of $89,100 without written authorization.
Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract No. 050718 was approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 4, 2019 to extend the term of the contract for one additional year, from July 1, 2019, to June 30, 2020 for a total contract amount of $89,100. |
