PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §38-431.01, THE GILA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WILL HOLD A MEETING AT THE GILA COUNTY COURTHOUSE, BOARD OF SUPERVISORS’ HEARING ROOM, 1400 EAST ASH STREET, GLOBE, ARIZONA. ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING BY TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL OR BY INTERACTIVE TELEVISION VIDEO (ITV).  THE MEETING IS ALSO TELEVISED TO THE GILA COUNTY TOMMIE CLINE MARTIN COMPLEX, BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' CONFERENCE ROOM, 707 S. COLCORD ROAD, PAYSON, ARIZONA.

Citizens may submit written comments related to the May 31st Work Session agenda by no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, (month and day ex: January 4th), by emailing the Clerk of the Board at msheppard@gilacountyaz.gov or by calling 928-402-8757.  Citizens may also submit written comments during the meeting through YouTube.  Please include the meeting date, agenda item number, your name, and residence address in the email.

2.   REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS:
 
A.   Information/Discussion to present the Cobre Valley Watershed Partnership's Watershed Action Plan. (Victoria Hermosilla) Discussed
 
B.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve a Collection Agreement between the Arizona Game and Fish Department and the Gila County Sheriff's Office in the amount of $24,991 to purchase (1) Inmar 470R-PT inflatable boat and (1) galvanized trailer. (Matt Binney) Approved
 
C.   Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the Chairman's signature on AT&T Quote Revision dated 05/06/2022 for the Gila County Sheriff NGCS/CHaaS; and authorize the Finance Department to issue a Purchase Order against state contract #CTR055782 in the amount of $819,881.50 for the period of July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2027. D.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve the FY2023 Arizona 9-1-1 Program Grant Agreement No. ADOA-AZ911-22-05 with the Arizona Department of Administration in the amount of $509,912 for the performance period of July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. (Debra Williams) Approved
 
E.   Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the Chairman's signature on the FY2023 Intergovernmental Agreement Between the Town of Payson and Gila County, AZ for Centralized Management of 9-1-1 Grant Funds for the performance period from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. F.   Information/Discussion regarding the creation of a Gila County Environmental Health Ordinance. (Michael O'Driscoll) Discussed
 
G.   Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Policy No. BOS-COB-005 - Claims and Service of Process. (Marian Sheppard) Adopted
 
3.   CALL TO THE PUBLIC:  A call to the public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute §38-431.01(H), at the conclusion of an open call to the public, individual members of the Board of Supervisors may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Board, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda for further discussion and decision at a future date.
