| Background Information |
On July 10, 2018, the Board of Supervisors approved Professional Services Contract No. 051418 with the Law Offices of Samantha Sue Elledge, PLLC whereby Ms. Elledge provided legal services for indigent citizens as appointed by the Superior Court in Gila County for the period beginning July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019. The original contract was executed for a not to exceed without written authorization amount of $59,400.
On June 4, 2019, the Board of Supervisors approved Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract No. 051418 with the Law Offices of Samantha Sue Elledge, PLLC extending the term of the contract for one additional year, from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020; and to remove some language from the contract.
On July 23, 2019, the Board of Supervisors approved Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Contract No. 051418 with the Law Offices of Samantha Sue Elledge, PLLC to increase the contract by $7,600 for a new total contract amount of $67,000 for the term July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 due to the increase in the number of appointments to Attorney Elledge. |
