PURSUANT TO A.R.S. § 38-431.01, THE GILA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WILL HOLD A MEETING AT THE GILA COUNTY COURTHOUSE, BOARD OF SUPERVISORS’ HEARING ROOM, 1400 EAST ASH STREET, GLOBE, ARIZONA. ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING BY TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL OR BY INTERACTIVE TELEVISION VIDEO (ITV). THE MEETING IS ALSO TELEVISED TO THE GILA COUNTY COMPLEX, BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' CONFERENCE ROOM, 610 E. HIGHWAY 260, PAYSON, ARIZONA. NOTE: Per the most recent guidelines from the federal government regarding COVID-19 and to protect citizens, no citizens will be allowed in the Board of Supervisors' hearing room at the Globe Courthouse or at the County Complex, Board of Supervisors' conference room in Payson. The only exception to this statement is for public hearings. Citizens may attend the public hearing in person, one at a time, in Globe or in Payson to provide comments. A face mask must be worn while in the building; however, it may be removed while addressing the Board of Supervisors. 	A.	Presentation of October through December 2021 Gila County financial data as it compares to the fiscal year 2022 Gila County Budget and fiscal year 2020 and fiscal year 2021 year-to-date performance. (Maryn Belling)	Presented

3.		REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS:

	A.	Information/Discussion/Action to approve the revised Gila County Sheriff's Office Deputy Pay Plan Steps Program and authorize the County Manager to sign the Wage and Salary Administration for Certified Law Enforcement Officers document to be approved as of February 8, 2022. 	B.	Information/Discussion/Action to approve an Arizona Department of Corrections Inmate Work Contract (ADCRR Contract No. 22-064-26) between the Gila County Board of Supervisors and the State of Arizona Department of Corrections, for and on behalf of its Arizona State Prison Complex-Phoenix/Globe, for a period of 5 years, effective April 23, 2022, through April 22, 2027. 	C.	Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the advertisement of Invitation for Bids No. 012422 to purchase two (2) new Ford Escape AWD 2.0L EcoBoost for Sheriff's Office Justice Enhancement Detention use as outlined in the solicitation. (Steve Sanders)	Authorized

	D.	Information/Discussion/Action to approve a Lessee Consent portion of the Sewer Infrastructure Easement Agreement between Tri-City Regional Sanitary District and Freeport-McMoran Copper & Gold. (James Menlove)	Approved

	E.	Information/Discussion/Action to ratify the Board of Supervisors' approval for the Board Chairman to sign various emergency contracts (listed and attached to this agenda item) which are related to emergency post-fire mitigation services. (Mary Springer)	Ratified

	F.	Information/Discussion/Action to approve the sale of Assessor's tax parcel number 301-05-004L to Gila County for $1 to be used for a public purpose related to transportation and or flood control pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303 (E); and authorize the Chairman's signature on the related Quit Claim Deed. 	G.	Information/Discussion/Action to approve the sale of Assessor's tax parcel number 208-05-203A to the City of Globe for $1 to be used for a public purpose related to transportation and or flood control pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303 (E); and authorize the Chairman's signature on the related Quit Claim Deed. 4.		CONSENT AGENDA ACTION ITEMS: (Any matter on the Consent Agenda will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed and voted upon as a regular agenda item upon the request of any member of the Board of Supervisors.)

	A.	Approval of an Application for Fireworks Display submitted by Fireworks Productions of Arizona and sponsored by Freeport-McMoRan, Inc. (FMI) to provide a fireworks display on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at the Miami Operations mine site of FMI.	Approved

	B.	Approval of the Board of Supervisors' January 14, 2022, January 18, 2022, and January 25, 2022, meeting minutes.	Approved

	C.	Approval of the monthly activity reports submitted by the Human Resources Department for January 2022.	Approved

	D.	Approval of finance reports/demands/transfers for the reporting period of January 1, 2022, through January 31, 2022.	Approved

	E.	Acknowledgment of contracts under $50,000 which have been approved by the County Manager for the month of January.	Acknowledged

5.		CALL TO THE PUBLIC: A call to the public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute §38-431.01(H), at the conclusion of an open call to the public, individual members of the Board of Supervisors may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Board, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda for further discussion and decision at a future date.
