Request/Subject

Approval of Intergovernmental Agreement Contract No. CTR060581 with the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS). This is a replacement for contract No. ADHS18-177678 to continue to provide immunization services to Gila County residents.

Background Information

Intergovernmental Agreement Contract No. CTR060581 replaces contract No. (ADHS18-177678). This IGA with the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) is to provide immunizations from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2027, in the amount of $95,045.

Evaluation

Approval of Intergovernmental Agreement Contract No. CTR060581 will allow the Gila County Health Department to continue to provide immunization services to Gila County residents.

The approval of Intergovernmental Agreement Contract No. CTR060581 will allow the Gila County Health Department to continue to provide immunization services to Gila County residents.

Recommendation

The Health and Emergency Management Department Director recommends that the Board of Supervisors approves Intergovernmental Agreement Contract No. CTR060581 in the amount of $95,045 to allow the Gila County Health Department to continue to provide immunizations from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2027.
