C.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Town of Payson on behalf of the Payson Police Department and Gila County on behalf of the Gila County Sheriff's Office for Centralized Management of 9-1-1 Grant Funds for the term July 1, 2019, to June 30, 2020.  (Debra Williams) Approved
 
D.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Pleasant Valley Fire District and Gila County for 9-1-1 Dispatch Services for an initial term of three (3) years, starting July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2022. (Debra Williams) Approved
 
E.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve Funding Agreement No. 502-19 between the Arizona Department Housing and the Gila County Community Services Department to receive $5,000 of Continuum of Care (COC) Planning Funds to be used through December 31, 2019, whereby the Gila County Community Services Department will act as the lead in forming a Gila County COC and will be responsible for activities, discussions, and meetings directed at ending homelessness.  (Malissa Buzan) Approved
 
F.   Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Ordinance No. 2019-04 which authorizes the modification of the Zoning Map for the Unincorporated Areas of Gila County by changing the zoning of Assessor's parcel number 301-32-002R (168 West Hunt Ranch Road, Strawberry, AZ) from Residential One Density 175 (R1-D175) to Residence One District with a District Density of 70 (R1-D70) to split the property into two separate lots with one residence on each parcel.   (Scott Buzan) Adopted
 
G.   Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Ordinance No. 2019-05 which authorizes the modification of the Zoning Map for Unincorporated Areas of Gila County by changing the zoning of Assessor's parcel number 301-08-232 (Lot 89 of Strawberry View #2 Subdivision, Strawberry, AZ) from Commercial Two District (C2) to Residence One District with a District Density of 12 (R1-D12) to construct a single family residence.  (Scott Buzan) Adopted
 
H.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (Contract No. CTR044391) between the Arizona Department of Health Services and Gila County Health and Emergency Management Department in the amount of $15,000 for the period May 1, 2019, to August 31, 2019, to contract with an architect to design and budget the renovation of the NAPA Building into a new Gila County WIC clinic in Payson.  (Michael O'Driscoll) Approved

K.   Information/Discussion/Action to review all bids submitted for Request for Proposals No. 050619 for the purchase and delivery of bulk fuel and lubricants; award to the lowest, most responsible and qualified bidder; and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the award contract. L.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) No. 060119 with the Town of Star Valley for Consolidated Administration and Operation of Limited Jurisdiction Courts which includes the repayment of the past due amount of $105,860.84 owed by the Town of Star Valley; and authorize the Chairman's signature on the IGA.  (Mary Springer) Approved

A.   Approval of an Independent Contractor Agreement (Contract No. 07012019-20) between the Arizona Community Action Association d/b/a Wildfire and the Gila County Community Services Department, Community Action Program, whereby Wildfire will administer funding in the amount of $87,771 which will be used to provide weatherization services, utility repair and replacement, utility deposits and bill assistance to eligible citizens residing in Gila County for the period of July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020. Approved
 
B.   Approval of Amendment No. 1 to an Intergovernmental Agreement (Contract No. ADHS18-177678) between Gila County and the Arizona Department of Health Services to change the Scope of Work and Uniform Terms and Conditions for the contract period of January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2022. Approved
 
C.   Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (Contract No. ADHS18-193949) between Gila County and the Arizona Department of Health Services to change the Price Sheet for the continued provision of HIV care and support services to residents of Gila, Apache and Navajo Counties for the period of April 1, 2018, through March 31, 2023, in the amount of $255,976.12 per year. D.   Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Contract No. 051418 with the Law Offices of Samantha Sue Elledge, PLLC to increase the contract by $7,600 for the contract term July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019. Approved
