A.   Approval of a Corrective Memorandum of Ground Lease Agreement with NCWPCS MPL 24-YEAR SITES TOWER HOLDINGS LLC, which corrects the effective dates of the Agreement from June 5, 2018 to June 4, 2043, to July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2043. Approved
 
B.   Approval of Amendment No. 7 to an Intergovernmental Agreement (Contract No. ADHS16-098369) between the Arizona Department of Health Services and Gila County Health Department to replace the scope of work and the price sheet. Approved
 
C.   Approval of Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Contract No. 051117 with the Law Offices of Daniel Thulin, LLC to extend the term of the contract for one additional year, from July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019; and decrease the original contract amount by an additional $4,500 to $44,000. Approved
 
D.   Approval of a Memorandum of Understanding for FFY 2019 between the Arizona Community Action Association and the Gila County Community Services Division, Community Action Program, which will allow Gila County to continue to be a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Community Partner for the period of October 1, 2018, through September 30, 2019. Approved
 
E.   Approval of an Independent Contractor Agreement (Contract No. 07012018-19) between the Arizona Community Action Association (ACAA) and the Gila County Community Services Division, Community Action Program (CAP), whereby ACAA will administer funding in the amount of $95,636.51, which will be used to provide weatherization services, utility repair and replacement, utility deposits and bill assistance to eligible citizens residing in Gila County for the period of July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019. Approved
 
F.   Approval of Contract No. 019-0444 between the Pinal-Gila Council for Senior Citizens (PGCSC), Area Agency on Aging, Region V, and the Gila County Community Services Division, Housing Services, whereby PGCSC will provide funding in the amount of $6,242 to be used for home repair and renovations to eligible citizens residing in Gila County effective July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019. Approved
 
G.   Authorization for the Gila County Animal Care & Control Department to submit a grant application to the Arizona Companion Animal Spay and Neuter Committee for $10,000 to expand its no cost spay/neuter services in Gila County for a period of one year. Authorized
