B.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve the distribution of $275,650.40 of Gila County's share of Federal Year 2017 Secure Rural Schools Act funds, as authorized through section 24 of P.L. 114-10, for FY 2017-18 as follows: $27,565.04 to Roads and $248,085.36 to Gila County School Districts.  (Roy Sandoval) Approved
 
C.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Gila County and the Tonto Basin Fire District for the Public Safety Dive Team for a period of 3 years with annual 1-year renewals. (Adam Shepherd) Approved
 
D.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve an Arizona Department of Corrections Inmate Work Contract (ADC Contract No. 18-019-23) between the Gila County Board of Supervisors and the State of Arizona Department of Corrections, for and on behalf of its Arizona State Prison Complex-Phoenix/Globe, for a period of 4 years, effective, April 17, 2018, through April 16, 2022. E.   Information/Discussion/Action to reduce landfill tipping fees to $1.00 on the 2nd Saturday of each month at the Buckhead Mesa and Russell Gulch Landfills for Gila County residents hauling their own trash to the landfills with required proof of residency.  (Steve Sanders) Approved
 
F.   Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 18-04-04 to establish the official color Gila County seal and its proper usage.  (Jacque Sanders) Adopted
 
G.   Information/Discussion/Action to elect a Chairman and Vice-Chairman for the Board of Supervisors, which will become effective May 1, 2018, through August 31, 2019.  (Tommie Martin) Elected
 
H.   (Motion to adjourn as the Gila County Board of Supervisors, and convene as the Gila County Library District Board of Directors.) Information/Discussion/Action to approve submission of Grantee Agreement No. GRA-RC004-19-0919-01 between the Gila Regional Partnership Council, Arizona Early Childhood Development and Health Board (First Things First) and the Gila County Library District in the amount of $65,000 for fiscal year July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019.  (Jacque Sanders) Approved
 
I.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve submission of renewal for Grantee Agreement No. GRA-RC029-19-0935-01 between the San Carlos Apache Regional Partnership Council, Arizona Early Childhood Development and Health Board (First Things First) and the Gila County Library District in the amount of $60,000 for fiscal year July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019. A.   Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Contract No. 051117 with the Law Office of Daniel Thulin, LLC to increase the original contract amount by $18,000 for a total contract amount of $48,500 for the remaining term of July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2018. Approved
 
B.   Approval of Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Contract No. 101116 with Diana G. Montgomery, PLLC to increase the contract amount by $4,000 for a total contract amount of $11,800 for the remaining term of July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2018. Approved
 
C.   Authorization of the Chairman's signature on the Quit Claim Deed for the Clerk of the Board's over-the-counter sale of Assessor's tax parcel number 101-10-014B to Corey Lee Busboom. Authorized
 
D.   Approval of a Special Event Liquor License application submitted by the Lorraine Cline Memorial Fund for its annual fundraising event to be held on April 27, 2018, through April 28, 2018, at the O Bar C Ranch in Tonto Basin. Approved
 
E.   Acknowledgment of contracts under $50,000 which have been approved by the County Manager for the week of February 26, 2018,through March 2, 2018; and March 12, 2018, through March 16, 2018. Acknowledged
 
F.   Approval of the March 27, 2018, and April 3, 2018, Board of Supervisors' meeting minutes. Approved
 
4. CALL TO THE PUBLIC:  Call to the Public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute §38-431.01(H), at the conclusion of an open call to the public, individual members of the Board of Supervisors may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Board, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda for further discussion and decision at a future date.
