A.   Information/Discussion/Action to modify Board action taken on February 6, 2018, for the approval of Planning and Zoning Department Case No. S-17-01, a Final Plat for Elk Rim, Lots 1-18, that was submitted by Terry Gorton on behalf of Javalina Sky, LLC to subdivide parcel numbers 301-69-196 and 301-69-197 into 18 lots of the proposed Elk Rim Subdivision located on Lots 1 and 2, Portal Pine Creek Canyon, Unit IV, Tract B, by deleting the condition of requiring a copy of the Portal IV HOA and Elk Rim road maintenance agreement be provided to the Gila County Manager prior to recording of the Elk Rim Final Plat and that no lot sales to the general public be completed prior to the subdivision improvements being completed and approved by the Gila County Public Works Director rather than after the recordation of the Final Plat.  (James Menlove) Amended
 
B.   Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the Health and Emergency Management Division to electronically submit a fiscal year 2018-2019 Arizona State Parks Motorized and Non-Motorized Trail Projects Mini-Grants Application for an amount not to exceed $50,000 to provide adults with new fitness equipment to be placed at the Old Dominion Mine Park.  (Michael O'Driscoll) Authorized
 
C.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve Intergovernmental Agreement No. 121117 with Town of Winkelman-Building and Zoning Review and Inspection Services on an as needed basis for the period of one calendar year after its execution, with up to two additional one-year extensions by mutual agreement of the parties. (Scott Buzan) Approved
 
D.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve the use of cooperative purchasing Arizona State Procurement Contract No. ADSPO17-00006796 with PSOMAS in an amount not to exceed $65,967.00; and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the contract.  (Steve Sanders) Approved
 
E.   Information/Discussion/Action to vote to request to allow the Attorney General's Office to represent Gila County for SolarCity Corporation v. Gila County TX 2017-000512; Constellation Solar Arizona, LLC v. Gila County TX 2017-000471; Continental Energy, LLC v. Gila County TX 2017-1673; and Continental Energy, LLC v. Gila County TX 2017-1672 as well as future matters with these same plaintiffs and issues.  (Jeff Dalton) Approved

A.   Approval of a 5-year Agreement between Gila County (Recorder) and the Office of the Secretary of State for participation in the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) in accordance with the ERIC Membership Implementation Plan. Approved
 
B.   Approval of the Chairman's signature on the State of Arizona Surplus Property Authorization and Update for Eligibility Recertification and Records Update form and the Nondiscrimination Assurance form for Gila County authorized signers to purchase State surplus property for Gila County. Approved
 
C.   Approval of Amendment No. 7 to Contract No. ADES15-089113 between the Arizona Department of Economic Security and Gila County Division of Community Services, Community Action Program, revising the Itemized Service Budget for Case Management whereby the Case Management contract reimbursement ceiling has been set to $297,346 for the period of July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018. Approved
 
D.   Approval of Amendment No. 5 to Contract No. 014-0444 between Pinal-Gila Council for Senior Citizens (PGCSC), Area Agency on Aging, Region V, and the Gila County Community Services Division, Housing Services, whereby PGCSC will provide a funding increase for Minor Home Repair, increasing the contract reimbursement ceiling to $10,000 to be used for emergency minor home repair to eligible citizens residing in Gila County effective July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018.  Approved
 
E.   Approval of the appointments of Don Calendar and Sam Goodman as Justices of the Peace Pro Tempore for the Payson Justice Court with terms to end on December 31, 2018. Approved
 
F.   Approval of the appointments of Mr. Joe Albo and Ms. Daisy Flores as Judges Pro Tempore for the period of April 1, 2018, until June 30, 2018; and reappointment for the period from June 30, 2018, until July 1, 2019.
