B.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve a Professional Services Agreement between the Gila County Attorney's Office and Journal Technologies, Inc. to utilize eProsecutor case management software for a one-time setup cost in the amount of $135,000 with the option of automatic renewals at a yearly renewal fee of $50,000.  (Bradley Beauchamp) Approved
 
C.   Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 17-10-04 which authorizes the execution of Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA/JPA 17-0006390-I) between Gila County and the State of Arizona, Department of Transportation, for the design and street improvements to Broadway and El Camino Roads in the Claypool area of Gila County. D.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve the Letter of Support to Senators McCain and Flake and Representatives O'Halleran and Gosar for County Supervisors Association Resolution No. 1-17 requesting Congress to reauthorize and fully fund the Payment-in-Lieu-of-Taxes Program for FY 2018 and the Secure Rural Schools Program for FY 2016 and 2017.  (James Menlove) Approved

D.   Acknowledgment of the September 2017 monthly activity report submitted by the Recorder's Office. Acknowledged

6. CALL TO THE PUBLIC:  Call to the Public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute §38-431.01(H), at the conclusion of an open call to the public, individual members of the Board of Supervisors may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Board, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda for further discussion and decision at a future date.
