C.   Information/Discussion/Action to consider the approval of a proposed three-year Employment Contract between Gila County and James Menlove for the period July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2020. (Tommie Martin) Approved
 
D.   Information/Discussion/Action to provide a Letter of Support to the Arizona State Board on Geographic and Historic Names on the petition of Roberto Reveles to name a portion of U.S. Highway 60 as the Gov. Rose Mofford Memorial Highway. (James Menlove) Approved

A.   Approval of FY 2018 Victims' Rights Program Award Agreement No. AG No. 2018-004 between the Gila County Attorney's Office and the Arizona Attorney General's Office in the amount of $31,800 to cover the existing salary and employee-related expenses for a full-time advocate, with no cash match funds required, for the period July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018. Approved
 
B.   Approval of the Memorandum of Understanding for Federal Fiscal Year 2018 between the Arizona Community Action Association and the Gila County Community Services Division, Community Action Program, which will allow Gila County to continue to be a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Community Partner for the period of October 1, 2017, through March 31, 2018. Approved
 
C.   Approval of Modification No. 2 to Cooperative Law Enforcement Agreement No. 16-LE-11031200-004 between the Gila County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, to add $10,000 for a total amount of $84,800. All changes apply to the performance period of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. Approved
 
D.   Approval of an Application for Extension of Premises/Patio Permit submitted by Tamara Morken to temporarily extend the premises where liquor is permitted to be served at THAT Brewery Rimside Grill located in Pine for a special event to be held on September 30, 2017 to October 1, 2017. Approved
 
E.   Acknowledgement of the August 2017 monthly activity report submitted by the Recorder's Office. Acknowledged
 
F.   Acknowledgment of the August 2017 monthly activity report submitted by the Clerk of the Superior Court's Office. Acknowledged

5. CALL TO THE PUBLIC:  Call to the Public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute §38-431.01(H), at the conclusion of an open call to the public, individual members of the Board of Supervisors may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Board, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda for further discussion and decision at a future date.
