A.   Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-03 amending the Zoning Map for Unincorporated Areas of Gila County for the rezoning of parcel numbers 301-14-005 and 301-14-010E from Residence One District (R1) to Transitional Residential (TR) so that the parcels will be consistent with current zoning on a portion of parcel number 301-14-010E and zoned appropriately for expanded farm use on parcel number 301-14-005.  (Scott Buzan) Adopted

A.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve the submission of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) application (HRSA-17-022) between Gila County Public Health Department and the HRSA in the amount $247,580, which if approved will be expended from September 30, 2017, through September 29, 2020.  (Michael O'Driscoll) Approved
 
B.   Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the advertisement of Request for Proposals No. 072117 to provide janitorial services at various County facilities located in southern Gila County.  (James Menlove/Steve Sanders) Authorized
 
C.   Information/Discussion/Action to provide a Letter of Support for the efforts by the Industrial Development Authority of the County of Gila to obtain federal funding from the U.S. Economic Development Administration to conduct a Comprehensive Needs Assessment for southern Gila County.  (Brad Mecham) Approved
 
D.   Information/Discussion/Action to adopt revised Policy No. BOS-FIN-002 – Procurement-Contracts to allow the Board of Supervisors to enter into contracts or agreements that exceed four years under certain circumstances in order to utilize limited financial resources in the most effective and efficient means possible. A.   Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (Contract No. ADHS18-175524) between Gila County and the Arizona Department of Health Services for the period of July 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017, to provide HIV Prevention Program services. Approved
 
B.   Approval to accept an application from Cable One, Inc. to renew its license for cable communication services with Gila County for an additional 15 years, and set a public hearing date of Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. Approved
 
C.   Approval of a Special Event Liquor License Application submitted by the Rim Country Friends of Tonto Natural Bridge of Payson, Arizona, to serve liquor on September 23, 2017, at their fundraiser. Approved
 
D.   Acknowledgment of the Human Resources reports for the weeks of August 1, 2017, August 8, 2017, August 15, 2017, August 22, 2017, and August 29, 2017. Acknowledged
 
E.   Acknowledgment of the July 2017 monthly activity report submitted by the Payson Regional Constable's Office Acknowledged

6. CALL TO THE PUBLIC:  Call to the Public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors.
