Approval of Intergovernmental Agreement No. DE11117001 between Gila County and the Arizona Department of Economic Security to facilitate the use of a Family Law Commissioner for the period October 1, 2010, through September 30, 2015.
Background Information

The State also awards the indirect costs on salaries which make up for the 66% reimbursement and this results in the County earning revenue.
Conclusion
The State mandates, Statute 25.5-10, that the Clerk of the Superior Court shall have Child Support Enforcement.
