Background Information

Evaluation
Due to an oversite, the contract was submitted with a total contract amount of $67,472.52 and was approved by the Board of Supervisors on October 2, 2018; the correct total contract amount is $67,526.52.
Conclusion
The Public Works Division Director is asking the Board to approve the amendment to correct the contract in the amount of $67,526.52.
