Status Update on Three Facilities Division Projects.

Background Information

The Detention Home (Globe) has been converted to an office to house the Sheriff’s Administration and property evidence storage. A budget of $49,500 was approved by the County Manager on February 5, 2019. The building was ready for the Sheriff’s Office to move in on July 1, 2019.

112 Cedar Lane in Payson was purchased and is being renovated for the Payson Probation Department. The current budget is $160,000. The project is currently underway with a target completion date of September 1, 2019.

110 W Main Street in Payson (former retail auto parts store and known as the NAPA building) will be renovated to be the Payson Health building. A budget of $220,000 has been set with construction to begin in September 2019, with an estimated completion date of March 1, 2020.
