License and Services Agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for Eagle Software Conversion.

Background Information

The Assessor's Office software is outdated and not compatible with Treasurer's Office software. It is the intent of this contract to convert from the existing Harris software to Tyler Eagle software.

Evaluation

Tyler Eagle Assessor software is the proposed supplier and is compatible with other Tyler software products currently in use in the Treasurer's Office.

Conclusion

The approval of this Agreement will allow the Assessor's Office to convert from the existing Harris software to Tyler Eagle software.

Recommendation

The Finance Director recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the contract for the Eagle Assessor software conversion to Tyler Technologies in the amount of $106,070.

Suggested Motion

Information/Discussion/Action to approve a License and Services Agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for conversion of the Assessor's Office existing data to Tyler Eagle product in the amount of $106,070; and authorize the Chairman's signature on the Agreement. (Mary Springer)
