Evaluation

Amendment No. 16 to an Agreement for Energy Wise Low-Income Weatherization Program Implementation, (Contract No. 700581523) between Gila County Division of Community Services and Arizona Public Service Company amends the original contract as follows; Defined Terms, Allocation, For Lack of Regulatory Approval, Remaining Terms Unchanged, and attachment "A" .

The allocation established under Section 3.A (Compensation/Taxes) of the Original Contract shall include an additional $60,000 for the calendar year 2018.

Conclusion

By the Board of Supervisors approving Amendment No. 16 to said Agreement, the Gila County Weatherization Program will provide weatherization services to eligible low-income citizens of Gila County through December 31, 2018.

Recommendation

The Gila County Community Services Division Director recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve this Amendment.

Suggested Motion

Approval of Amendment No. 16 to an Agreement for Energy Wise Low-Income Weatherization Program Implementation between the Gila County Community Services Division and Arizona Public Service Company to include an additional $60,000 for calendar year 2018 and to make some other minor changes.
