Recognition of the 40th Anniversary of the Gila County Courthouse.

Background Information

The Gila County Board of Supervisors dedicated the Gila County Courthouse building to public service on July 4, 1976 and this July 4th will mark the 40th year the many County elected offices and departments have utilized the building to provide service to the public in Globe, Arizona.

Conclusion

The new Courthouse building is a vast improvement over the previous Courthouse building, and County maintenance staff has done well over the years keeping the building functional and helping it adapt to changing needs.
