| On July 10, 2018, the Board of Supervisors approved Professional Services Contract No. 051418 with the Law Offices of Samantha Sue Elledge, PLLC , whereby Ms. Elledge provides legal services for indigent citizens as appointed by the Superior Court in Gila County for the period beginning July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019. The original contract was executed for a not to exceed without written authorization amount of $59,400. |
| Evaluation |
| Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract No. 051418 extends the term of the contract for one additional year, from July 1, 2019, to June 30, 2020; and removes from the contract the language “ISRAEL BOYCOTT CERTIFICATION: Contractor hereby certifies that it is not currently engaged in and will not, for the duration of this agreement, engage in a boycott of Israel as required by A.R.S. § 35-393.01. Violation of this certification by Contractor may result in action by County up to and including termination of this agreement;" with a contract amount not to exceed Fifty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred dollars and 00/100’s ($59,400.00) without prior written approval from the County. |
