Background Information
The Gila County Sheriff's Office electronically submitted the Governor's Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) Proposition 207 Funding Application in the amount of $261,256 for (4) fully equipped police package vehicles. Due to short notice to submit a grant application, the Gila County Sheriff's Office electronically submitted the application on January 19, 2021. The Sheriff's Office received the award letter on February 4, 2021, in the amount of $130,628 for (2) fully equipped police package vehicles.
Evaluation
The Gila County Sheriff's Office was awarded Proposition 207 funding GOHS Contract No. 2021-207-021 in the amount of $130,628 to purchase (2) fully equipped police package vehicles for the performance period effective from the date of GOHS signature through December 31, 2021.
