On August 8, 2017, the Board of Supervisors approved Professional Services Contract No. 051017 with the Law Offices Of Harriette P. Levitt, whereby Ms. Levitt provides legal services for indigent citizens as appointed by the Superior Court in Gila County for the period beginning July 1c 2017, to June 30, 2018.
On July 10, 2018, the Board of Supervisors approved Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract No. 051017 to extend the term of the contract from July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019. |
| Evaluation |
| Amendment No 2 to Professional Services Contract No. 051017 with Hariette P. Levitt extends the term of the contract for one additional year, from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020; removes from the contract the language “ISRAEL BOYCOTT CERTIFICATION: Contractor hereby certifies that it is not currently engaged in and will not, for the duration of this agreement, engage in a boycott of Israel as required by A.R.S. § 35-393.01. Violation of this certification by Contractor may result in action by County up to and including termination of this agreement; and decreases the contract amount by $5,500.00 for a new total contract amount not to exceed Five Thousand dollars and 00/100’s ($5,000) without prior written approval from the County. |
