Mark Reader, Managing Director from Stifel, Nicolaus, & Company, Inc., will present financing information and options for funding identified capital projects in Payson and Globe.

Background Information

The County Manager identified the capital improvement plans that include several projects in the Globe and Payson area. County staff have been working with Mark Reader, Managing Director of Stifel, Nicolaus, & Company, Incorporated, to identify potential funding sources to allow capital plan to proceed.

Evaluation

Mr. Reader will discuss the funding climate, funding options available, and which option best fits the needs of the County for the capital projects as outlined by the County Manager.
