PURSUANT TO A.R.S. SECTION 38-431 THE GILA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WILL HOLD AN OPEN MEETING IN THE SUPERVISORS’ AUDITORIUM, 1400 EAST ASH STREET, GLOBE, ARIZONA. ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING BY TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL OR BY INTERACTIVE TELEVISION VIDEO (ITV). 1					Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance

2					Presentation/Discussion regarding the Gila County Board of Supervisors exploring the establishment of a Separate Legal Entity (SLE) with the Town of Payson and the Town of Star Valley. (Kenny Evans)

3					Presentation/Discussion regarding the Boards, Commissions, and Committees (BC&C) Report and an analysis and evaluation of each BC&C’s current status of compliance with applicable statutes, laws, policies and procedures. (Don McDaniel)

4					Information/Discussion regarding Gila County's adoption of an ordinance relating to the use of permissible consumer fireworks. (Matthew Bolinger)

5					Information/Discussion regarding proposed amendments to the Gila County Street Naming and Property Numbering Ordinance. (Matthew Bolinger)
