Arizona Department of Housing Community Development Block Grant Contract No. 152-12 Closeout Report.

Background Information

On April 03, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved Funding Agreement Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Contract No. 152-12.

Evaluation

Funding received from ADOH Contract No. 152-12 enabled Gila County Division of Community Services, Housing Services to rehabilitate five homes belonging to low income residents of Gila County. The closeout report reflects that the amount expended on these homes was $224,494.

By the Gila County Board of Supervisors signing ADOH CDBG Contract No.152-12 Closeout Report, it will enable Gila County Division of Community Services, Housing Services, to finalize the contractual obligations to the Arizona Department of Housing for said grant.

Conclusion

By the Board of Supervisors signing ADOH CDBG Contract No. 152-12 Closeout Report, all contractual requirements will be met and finalization of said contract will be performed.

Recommendation

The Gila County Division of Community Services Director recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve this closeout report.

Suggested Motion

Approval of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) Community Development Block Grant Contract No. 152-12 Closeout Report to finalize the contract between the ADOH and the Gila County Division of Community Services, Housing Services, which will successfully end the contract and ensure that Gila County Housing Services has met all requirements of said contract.
