PURSUANT TO A.R.S. § 38-431.01, THE GILA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WILL HOLD A MEETING AT THE GILA COUNTY COURTHOUSE, BOARD OF SUPERVISORS’ HEARING ROOM, 1400 EAST ASH STREET, GLOBE, ARIZONA. ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING BY TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL OR BY INTERACTIVE TELEVISION VIDEO (ITV). THE MEETING IS ALSO TELEVISED TO THE GILA COUNTY COMPLEX, BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' CONFERENCE ROOM, 610 E. HIGHWAY 260, PAYSON, ARIZONA. NOTE: Per the most recent guidelines from the federal government regarding COVID-19 and to protect citizens, no citizens will be allowed in the Board of Supervisors' hearing room at the Globe Courthouse or at the County Complex, Board of Supervisors' conference room in Payson. The only exception to this statement is for public hearings. Citizens may attend the public hearing in person, one at a time, in Globe or in Payson to provide comments. A face mask must be worn while in the building; however, it may be removed while addressing the Board of Supervisors. 	A.	Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 21-03-01 to name a road in the Colcord area of northern Gila County as South Chamberlain Ranch Road. (Tom Homan)	Adopted

	A.	Information/Discussion/Action to approve the distribution of Secure Rural Schools and Communities Funds (Forest Fees) of Gila County's share of the Federal Year 2021 Secure Rural Schools Act funds as authorized through section 24 of P.L. 114-10 for FY 2020-2021 using the same percentage splits as last year: Roads (2.16%), Schools (77.92%), and Gila County Education Service Agency (19.92%). Information/Discussion/Action to approve Cooperative Law Enforcement Agreement No. 21-LE-11031200-038 replacing Agreement No. 16-LE-11031200-004 between the Gila County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service in the amount of $74,800 for the performance period of January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Professional Services Contract No. 022221 - Final PS&E (Plans, Specifications and Estimates) for Tonto Creek Bridge with Kimley-Horn and Associates to develop final plans and specifications for the Tonto Creek Bridge Project in the amount of $175,538. 	D.	Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the Chairman to sign a Quit Claim Deed to quit claim property to Jeffery Allen McClure and Kimberly Kay McClure for that roadway described in Docket 631, Pages 875 and 876, Gila County Records, Gila County, Arizona. 	E.	Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 21-03-03 accepting an easement for E. Granny Jones Lane in Young, Arizona; establishing the road as a primitive road; accepting it into the Gila County Primitive Roads System; and authorizing the execution of the Primitive Road Easement. 	F.	Information/Discussion/Action to approve a Lease Agreement between Azital Three, LLC and the Gila County Health Department at a cost of $2,500 per month plus applicable tax to lease office space at 600 N. Beeline Highway in Payson that will be used for a COVID-19 testing site and office space for Health Department contact tracing staff. (Michael O'Driscoll)	Approved

	G.	Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 2 to an Intergovernmental Agreement (Contract No. DI20-002263) between the Arizona Department of Economic Security and the Gila County Community Services Department to increase the Case Management service reimbursement ceiling to $524,199.75 and increase the Community Services service reimbursement ceiling to $538,293.19 for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 to provide continued Community Action Program services. 	H.	Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 21-03-02 in support of a grant application submitted to the Tonto Apache Tribe by the Pine-Strawberry Fire District (PSFD); authorizing Gila County to act as the fiscal agent for the PSFD; and accepting funding in the amount of $15,000 from the Tonto Apache Tribe on behalf of the PSFD. 	I.	Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 21-03-04 in support of a grant application in the amount of $51,300 that is being submitted to the Gila River Indian Community by the Pine-Strawberry Fire District (PSFD); authorizing Gila County to act as the fiscal agent for the PSFD; and agreeing to accept funding from the Gila River Indian Community on behalf of the PSFD. 	B.	Authorization of the Chairman's signature on the Quit Claim Deed for the Clerk of the Board's over-the-counter sale of Assessor's tax parcel number 207-08-236 to Zachary Wolf and Kim Ogrin.	Authorized

	C.	Approval of the monthly activity reports submitted by the Human Resources Department for February 2021.	Approved

	D.	Approval of finance report/demands/transfers for the reporting period of February 1, 2021 through February 28, 2021.	Approved

	E.	Acknowledgment of the amended report for County Manager approved contracts under $50,000 for the month of December 2020.	Acknowledged

	F.	Acknowledgment of contracts under $50,000 which have been approved by the County Manager for the month of February 2021.	Acknowledged
