FY 2020 Capital Investment Plan (CIP) Discussion

Background Information

County staff have identified a number of various issues with facilities that are necessary to provide essential services to the County.

Evaluation

Staff will present the CIP including estimated costs for each project. The CIP is a high level list of projects the County will undertake in fiscal year (FY) 2019-2020.

Conclusion

Some of the projects can be completed in the short-term while other projects may take a couple of years to complete; therefore, it is essential to prioritize these projects as soon as possible. The CIP listing will be brought before the Board of Supervisors in April 2019 to accept selected projects and to initiate the projects' development processes.
