PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §38-431.01, THE GILA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WILL HOLD AN OPEN MEETING IN THE SUPERVISORS’ HEARING ROOM, 1400 EAST ASH STREET, GLOBE, ARIZONA. ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING BY TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL OR BY INTERACTIVE TELEVISION VIDEO (ITV). 1.   CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - INVOCATION
 
2.   PRESENTATIONS:
 
A.   Public recognition of one employee through the County's Spotlight on Employees Program, as follows: Leonard Kerszykowski. (Erica Raymond) Recognized
 
B.   Presentation of the 2018 Annual Report for the Gila County Sheriff's Office. (J. Adam Shepherd/Sarah White) Presented
 
3.   REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS:
 
A.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve Intergovernmental Agreement No. YH16-0018-06 between Gila County and the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) for Inmate Hospitalization for the performance period of March 1, 2019, and shall remain in effect for a period of four years with an option to renew on agreement of the parties. (Justin Solberg) Approved
 
B.   Information/Discussion/Action to approve the sale of Assessor's tax parcel number 101-10-009 to Gila County to be used for a public purpose related to transportation pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303; and authorize the Chairman's signature on the related Quit Claim Deed. (Supervisor Woody Cline) Approved
 
4.   CONSENT AGENDA ACTION ITEMS:  (Any matter on the Consent Agenda will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed and voted upon as a regular agenda item upon the request of any member of the Board of Supervisors.)
 
A.   Approval of Modification No. 4 to Cooperative Law Enforcement Agreement No. 16-LE-11031200 between the Gila County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, to add funding in the amount of $74,800 for a performance period of January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019. Approved
 
B.   Approval of the appointments of the Donald Garvin and Danny E. McKeen as Justices of the Peace Pro Tempores for the Payson Justice Court with all terms expiring December 31, 2019. Approved with Revision
 
C.   Approval of revised Public Works Department Policy “Record of Survey and/or Minor Land Division Map" to change the format of the policy; and change the policy number from ENG02-07 to PWS-002. Approved
 
D.   Approval of the February 5, 2019, February 19, 2019, and February 20, 2019, Board of Supervisors' meeting minutes. Approved
 
E.   Acknowledgment of the Human Resources reports for the weeks of February 5, 2019, February 12, 2019, February 19, 2019, and February 26, 2019. Acknowledged
 
F.   Acknowledgment of the January 2019 monthly activity report submitted by the Clerk of the Superior Court's Office. Acknowledged
 
G.   Acknowledgement of the January 2019 monthly activity report submitted by the Recorder's Office. Acknowledged
 
H.   Acknowledgment of the January 2019 monthly activity report submitted by the Globe Regional Justice of the Peace's Office. Acknowledged

5.   CALL TO THE PUBLIC:   A call to the public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute §38-431.01(H), at the conclusion of an open call to the public, individual members of the Board of Supervisors may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Board, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda for further discussion and decision at a future date. 7.   EXECUTIVE SESSION ITEMS:
 
A.   Information/Discussion/Action: The Gila County Board of Supervisors may hold an executive session under A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) to consider the Arizona Attorney General's proposal to resolve Gila County's alleged violation of A.R.S. Section 11-410. (Jefferson Dalton) Directed Attorney
 
8.   WORK SESSION ITEMS:
 
A.   Information/Discussion regarding the development of a Continuum of Care plan as defined by the Arizona Department of Housing, which includes the creation of a local coalition to coordinate housing and services for homeless families and individuals in Gila County. (Malissa Buzan/David Bridge) Discussed
