Evaluation

Amendment No. 17 to an Agreement for Energy Wise Low-Income Weatherization Program Implementation, (Contract No. 700581523) between the Gila County Community Services Department and APS amends the original contract as follows; Defined Terms, Term, Allocation, Invoicing, Weatherization Assistance Program Rule Exemptions, For Lack of Regulatory Approval, Subsequent Year Allocation, Final Invoice, Remaining Terms Unchanged, and attachment "A" .

The allocation established under Section 3.A (Compensation/Taxes) of the Original Contract shall include an additional $90,000 for the calendar year 2019.

Conclusion

By the Board of Supervisors approving Amendment No. 17 to said Agreement, the Gila County Weatherization Program will provide weatherization services to eligible low-income citizens of Gila County through December 31, 2019.

Recommendation

The Gila County Community Services Department Director recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve this Amendment.

Suggested Motion

Approval of Amendment No. 17 to an Agreement for Energy Wise Low-Income Weatherization Program Implementation between the Gila County Community Services Department and Arizona Public Service Company to include an additional $90,000 for calendar year 2019 and to make some other minor changes.
