Approve Arizona State Cooperative Purchasing Agreement.

Background Information

Gila County has been a member of the State of Arizona Cooperative Purchasing Agreement and the agreement has expired. Request approval of the new Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for a term of five years.

Evaluation

Membership in the Arizona State Cooperative Purchasing Agreement allows Gila County to utilize cooperative contracts that have been negotiated by the State Procurement Office.

Conclusion

Staff recommends approval.

Recommendation

Recommend that the Board approve the Arizona State Cooperative Purchasing Agreement.

Suggested Motion

Approval of the Arizona State Cooperative Purchasing Agreement that shall take effect with execution by both parties on the date signed by the State Procurement Administrator, and shall remain in effect for a total period of five (5) state fiscal years.
