| Evaluation |
Amendment No. 14 to an Agreement for Energy Wise Low-Income Weatherization Program Implementation, (Contract No. 700581523) between Gila County Division of Community Services and Arizona Public Service Company amends the original contract as follows; Defined Terms, Term, Allocation, For Lack of Regulatory Approval, Subsequent Year Allocation, Scope of Services, Final Invoice, Remaining Terms Unchanged, and an Attachment "A".
The term of the agreement is extended to December 31, 2017. The allocation of the Original Contract shall "not exceed
$106,429.00" for the calendar year 2017. |
| Conclusion |
| By the Board of Supervisors approving Amendment No. 14 to said Agreement, the Gila County Weatherization Program will provide weatherization services to eligible low-income citizens of Gila County through December 31, 2017. |
| Recommendation |
| The Gila County Community Services Division Director recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve this Amendment. |

| Approval of Amendment No. 14 to an Agreement for Energy Wise Low-Income Weatherization Program Implementation between the Gila County Division of Community Services and Arizona Public Service Company extending the term of the agreement to December 31, 2017, with a not to exceed amount of $106,429 for calendar year 2017 and to make some other minor changes. |
